Our Staff
FBC Bonners Ferry staff want others to know Jesus Christ. They do this by preaching and teaching from the Bible, sharing
the truth about Jesus Christ to anyone who will listen and by loving others. We hope that you will get to know our team.
Senior Pastor
Roger Naylor has been our Senior Pastor since October 2015. Before coming to North Idaho, Roger was the pastor of a church in Georgia, where he and his wife grew up. He is married to Kandy. They have four children and two grandsons. Roger is a graduate of Liberty University's School of Divinity (VA) and Valdosta State University (GA).
Worship/Youth Pastor
Andy Bliss joined the staff at First Baptist Church in 2021. He grew up in Washington and later moved to Bonners Ferry. Andy has served as a youth pastor and worship leader in several churches through the years. He also has his own company, working as a civil engineer. Andy is married to Crystal Bliss, our church administrative assistant. The two have three children.
Administrative Assistant
Crystal Bliss has been the church administrative assistant since 2021. She is married to Andy, our worship and youth pastor. Crystal grew up in Washington and later moved to Bonners Ferry. She works part-time at the church and is a full-time mom at home. Crystal and Andy have three children.
